We want learners with disabilities to be able to find information, purchase training, and access support. Last updated August 1, 2026.
Accessibility goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for this website and to improve accessibility as technology and standards evolve.
Measures we take
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
- Visible focus indicators and sufficient color contrast
- Semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and alternative text
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens
- Ongoing review of important learner journeys

IFSHH will acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days, work to provide the information or service in an accessible way, and keep accommodation information confidential to the extent practical.
Assessment and review
Important journeys are reviewed with automated checks, keyboard-only use, browser zoom, reduced-motion preferences, and screen-reader-oriented semantic inspection. Automated testing cannot identify every barrier, so reports from users remain an important part of the process.
Third-party learning platform
The course and account area are hosted on a separate e-learning site. We include that learner journey in our accessibility review even though it is not redesigned as part of this marketing-site project.
