What Nevada workers should know
Nevada does not use one universal statewide food handler card. In Clark County, including Las Vegas and Henderson, covered workers obtain a Food Handler Safety Training Card through the Southern Nevada Health District. Outside jurisdictions with a different local card, the IFSHH course is available for employer-required or voluntary food handler training.
